You want to be sure that you don't run out of supplies at your event. Use the guide below to estimate correctly the amount of supplies you will need for your party. At Litin Party you can receive a full refund for any package(s) that have not been open, along with your receipt!

BEVERAGE OR COCKTAIL NAPKINS

3 to 4 Per Person, especially if punch or alcohol is being served

LUNCHEON/DINNER NAPKINS

1 to 2 Per Person

DESSERT PLATES

1 Per Person (if dessert is being served after a full meal)
2 Per Person (if your party is appetizers and dessert only)
Standard Size Cake Plate is 6"
Standard Size Appetizer Plate is 7"

DINNER PLATES

1 Per Person for a Luncheon Meal
1 to 2 Per Person for a Dinner (2 especially if buffet style)
Standard Size Luncheon Plate is 9"
Standard Size Dinner Plate is 10" (usually a divided plate if a Bar-B-Que or Picnic)

FLATWARE (FORKS-KNIVES-SPOONS)

2 Forks, 1 Spoon and 1 Knife Per Person (if you are serving a full meal)
1 to 2 Forks or Spoons Per Person (if you are serving only appetizers or dessert)

PLASTIC PUNCH CUPS OR BEER CUPS/SODA CUPS

3 to 4 Per Person
Standard Size Punch Cup used is 5 oz
Standard Size Beer/Soda Cup used is 12-14 oz

HOT PAPER OR FOAM COFFEE CUPS

1 to 2 Per Person with Wooden or Plastic Stir Sticks
Standard Size Cup used is 8 oz
