Net Litin Commercial Customers Terms and Conditions

ORDERING PROCEDURES:
When placing an order, please have the following information ready: Customer Number, Business Name, Address and Phone Number.

Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, as available inventory allows. If an order needs to ship the same day, it must be called in before 12:00 Noon CST and Customer Service Representatives must be notified of “ship today” status while order is being placed.

ORDERING METHODS:
You can place an order with Net Litin Distributors via several different methods:

1. Online Catalog - Visit our online catalog store at www.epartypaper.com.

2. Email - You can type up your order and email it to customerservice@epartypaper.com.

3. Fax - You can request a fax order form from our Customer Service Department and fax it to (612) 343-4301.

4. Mail - You can request a mail order form from our Customer Service Department (or download a form from our web site) and send it via US mail service to:

5. Phone - You can phone in your order to a Customer Service Representative at (612) 343-4300 or toll free (888) 434-4303 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST.

MINIMUM ORDER POLICY:
Net Litin Distributors does not require minimum order totals or quantities on most stock products. However, wholesale pricing is based on case quantity orders only and a handling charge of $10.00 will be charged for orders less than $50.00.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

1. C.O. D. Cash

2. C.O.D. Company Check - Merchandise must be paid for upon receipt. A company check is acceptable for established customers only. Any returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 service charge. Any account past due will revert to a C.O.D. status.

3. Credit Cards - Net Litin Distributors accepts both Visa and Mastercard.

4. Terms - You may request a credit application at any time from our Customer Service Department. It is very important that the form be filled out completely. Missing information will cause a delay in processing.

NEW CUSTOMERS:
Customers may set up an account with us at any time. All new customers will be set up on a C.O.D., Cash or Credit Card status until they request a credit application from our Customer Service Department.

Once a returned credit application is received by us, it takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks to process. Upon approval, you will be contacted and terms will be established.

SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped via UPS, Speedy or Net Litin truck depending on order size and customer location.

At the customer’s request and additional expense, we also offer: 2 Day Air Service, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saturday, or if in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, same day courier service.

Our Net Litin Truck will service the Hennepin & Ramsey country area. We offer free delivery to the Hennepin and Ramsey County area on orders totaling $200 or more; otherwise a $15.00 delivery charge will apply.

If your location is not within the Hennepin or Ramsey County areas, we will ship your order via UPS, Speedy or other couriers.

On orders totaling $200 or more being delivered outside the Hennepin or Ramsey County areas, we will allow a 10% free freight allowance. Shipments will be sent PREPAID and ADDED and the free freight allowance will be deducted on the customer’s invoice, providing that the invoice is paid within established terms.

RETURNS/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
A 20% restocking charge will be assessed to all returns excluding manufacture defects and mis-shipments. All returns must be authorized by a Customer Service Representative. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

When contacting Customer Service about a return, please have your Customer Number, Invoice Number, Invoice Date and reason for the return. At this point, a return authorization number will be issued. Upon receipt or merchandise, an appropriate credit or refund will be issued.

BALLOON BOUQUET REQUESTS AND HELIUM TANK RENTALS:
All Balloon Bouquets and Helium Tank rentals MUST BE pre-ordered and pre-paid.

If you are having a helium tank delivered by Net Litin Distributors, there is a one-time, round trip $25.00 delivery charge.

WILL CALL/WALK-IN ORDERS:
Net Litin Distributors is set up for City Desk & Will Call orders. Customers may visit our warehouse to shop or to pick up their Will Call orders.

Will Call orders must be placed with the Customer Service Department using one of the ordering methods as listed above. Will Call & City Desk hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
